Debi Laszewski is scheduled to guest post at the Grand Bahama Bodybuilding and Figure Championship this weekend. The show is seen as a warmup to the upcoming Bahamian nationals to be held later this month, and bodybuilders from Nassau, Abaco and Long Island are expected to compete.

Candy Csencsits was an IFBB pro who competed in the 1980’s. Her best contest placing on a pro level was in 1983, when she was runner-up to Carla Dunlap in the Ms. Olympia contest. Sadly a year later she was diagnosed with breast cancer and died in 1989 at only 33 years of age.

Rachel was the first ever Ms Olympia, and looking at her physique you can see a momentous difference from the female bodybuilders of today. Is this good or bad? Depends who you ask, many say that female bodybuilding has progressing for the better with increased muscularity and conditioning – but it seems more say the “progress” harmed female bodybuilding.

Tennis superstar Anna Kournikova, who is often better known for her looks then her tennis, had an off the court match in a Vegas nightclub recently.
From People Magazine:
Anna Kournikova ended up with cuts on her neck after getting into a shoving match this past weekend in Las Vegas
An onlooker said Kournikova, 28, and her assistant were sitting at a VIP table when the other woman bumped them. They pushed each other but were separated – until the woman confronted Kournikova again as she was leaving the nightclub.
“The woman came back over and threw a drink on Anna and her assistant,” the source said. “The woman was definitely drunk.”
The other woman grabbed Kournikova by the neck and pushed her into a wall before security broke them apart.

This clip features Jill Mills and Robin Coleman both squatting a car.In case you like me, immediately started to wonder how much a car weighs – a quick Google search shows me they weight in the range of 3,000 – 4,000lbs. Granted the end of the car stays on the ground so obviously she is not squatting 100% entire weight – but a tremendous feat of strength in any case..
The record holding strongwoman started out as a bodybuilder in 1993, but switched to powerlifting in 1996. According to various sources, she is undefeated in powerlifting competitions.

Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin said she’d come out ahead if she went one-on-one with fellow jogger President Barack Obama in a long run, according to an interview published online Tuesday. “I betcha I’d have more endurance,” she told Runner’s World magazine.
And horror of horror, the President has not returned a message and commented on this earth shattering situation. Clearly, he has lost my vote. You betcha!
A message seeking comment Tuesday from the White House wasn’t immediately returned.

In Charlie's Angels Farrah was strong, athletic, funny, intelligent, adorable and gorgeous. Not many young girls did not admire her and wish they could be exactly like her. I sure did. She seemed to be a normal woman and someone to whom I could relate. Her problems in life also made her more real, lovable and vulnerable.
I watched her tv special Farrah's Story a few weeks ago. It really hit me hard. Very compelling. She allowed the world to see her pain, suffering, fear and sadness. Farrah, although very sick, was strong and funny and all those qualities that I fell in love with as a child. Great memories. Here is a photo gallery of favorite Farrah photos I found.

Can you “pec bounce”? Can you bounce your biceps? Do you know about muscle control? These are questions I’ve been asked, by men in public, and by men on shemusclelive webcams, over and over. Despite having honed a beautiful, sculpted, muscular physique, I am far from perfect. I can pose, flex, role play, dom or sub, tease and flirt, but the one thing I cannot seem to master is the art of muscle control, specifically pectoral control.
